TUCSON, ARIZONA (September 29, 2016) – Tucson Comic-Con announced today the addition of two featured celebrity guests, actors Marina Sirtis and Tony Todd for 2016!
Marina Sirtis is best known for playing Counselor Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation and its subsequent films Star Trek: Generations, Star Trek: First Contact and Star Trek: Nemesis. Sirtis is also known for lending her voice talents to the animated classic Gargoyles and the hit video game Mass Effect. More recently, she has had a recurring role as Director of Mossad in NCIS on CBS.
Tony Todd has appeared in over 100 films and television shows. His extensive acting resume includes the Candyman series, the Final Destination series, Platoon, The Crow, The Rock, Stargate: SG-1, Star Trek: The Next Generation and The Flash.
Other guest appearance highlights at Tucson Comic-Con 2016 include Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers, Tarzan and the Lost City), David Ellefson of metal band Megadeth, Thunder Levin (screenwriter of Sharknado I-IV) and visual effects legend Bruce Logan (Star Wars: A New Hope, Tron, 2001: A Space Odyssey), along with nationally recognized guests from the world of comic books, cosplay, crafting, authors and more!
The 9th Annual Tucson Comic-Con will be held November 4-6, 2016 at the Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, Arizona. At Tucson Comic-Con, attendees will be able to meet and greet their favorite industry professionals in the fields of comics, cosplay, film and television, attend panels and Q&A sessions, game on our gaming rooms and even compete in the Annual Costume Contest!
