EXHIBITOR LOAD IN AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
This year we have added the Arena of the Tucson Convention Center as an exhibitor space. While the Arena is connected to the Hall ABC, it has its own entrance that can be used for Load In and Load Out. Please read and follow these instructions! Your cooperation will help to make this a more pleasant experience for everyone! Thank you in advance!
- PARK IN PARKING LOT B then check in at the Exhibitor Managers Booth, located in the south west corner of the Hall ABC before bringing your vehicle to the appropriate loading area. You will not be allowed to bring a vehicle down to the loading dock without your exhibitor badge.
- Once you have checked in and have your badges, bring your vehicle to the appropriate loading dock entrance, check in with the convention security at the entrance, and wait your turn to be let down to the loading dock.
- After unloading your vehicle, but before setting up your space, move your vehicle back to the parking lot and re-enter to set up your space. This is especially important for the arena as there is limited loading dock space.

EXHIBITOR MANAGERS BOOTH
There are two Exhibit Managers Booths. One is located in the southwest corner of Hall ABC and the other is located in the southwest corner of the Arena. These areas will be staffed and operational during the following times:
- Thursday August 28th 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday August 29th; 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday August 29st; 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday August 31st; 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
LOAD IN HOURS

- Load In: Friday August 29th, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Please Check the Map for Target Load In times based on Table Location. Any Exhibitor requesting “Off Target” move in, should send request to: me*****@*************on.com
ALL BOXES MUST BE OUT OF AISLES BY 12 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 29th
ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor personnel wishing to enter the exhibit floor must always wear an Exhibitor Badge during load-In, show days, and load-out. Access to the Exhibit Floor begins at 9:00 AM during Show days. For those individuals who still need a badge, one may be obtained at an Exhibitor Managers Booth (Additional fee per badge beyond the allotment that is included with your space purchase). Only exhibitor personnel with a valid exhibitor badge can enter the exhibit floor prior to Convention hours. If you are expecting additional helpers or staff changes during the Conventions hours, please make appropriate arrangements for those individuals to obtain the proper credentials.
Additional badges can be purchased for $40.00 each as follows:
- 4 additional badges per Booth
- 2 additional badges per Artist Alley Table
- Additional badges can be purchased during Exhibitor Check In, or email me*****@*************on.com
ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR TABLES
Corner and Inline booths come with ONE 8’x30” table. If you need to purchase another table for your booth at a cost of $35.00 each. Please contact me*****@*************on.com before August 20th to guarantee additional tables. Additional tables may be purchased at the convention on a first come, first serve basis.
Additional Tables are not available for Artist Alley
INSPECTION DEADLINE
Any booth not occupied by 12 pm on Friday, August 29th, 2025 will be presumed abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need additional time to set-up, please contact me*****@*************on.com
LOAD OUT INFORMATION
Please do NOT breakdown before Sunday August 31st at 5pm.
- Load Out: Sunday August 31st, 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Pack up your space in its entirety before bringing your vehicle to the loading dock. In order to keep things moving quickly for everyone, DO NOT bring your vehicle to the loading dock before you are ready to load everything into it. This is especially important for the Arena due to the limited amount of space for vehicles being loaded.

Tax Information for Exhibitors
The State of Arizona and City of Tucson require anyone who is selling merchandise (either re-sale or original creations) or a service (Autographs, Photo’s, Selfies, Etc.) to obtain temporary sales permits for the collection of sales taxes from both entities.
Tucson Comic Con has no role in this process, other than to provide links to the forms for the convenience of our exhibitors and creators. Any questions regarding these applications should be directed to the State and City Department of Revenue’s, respectively.
Tax inspectors will be on site during load-in to verify exhibitors have the necessary sales permit, or you can sign up with Tax inspectors on site.

Show management will exercise their right to provide and maintain a fair exhibiting environment to all customers. Excessive sound can be offensive and distracting. Each Exhibitor is entitled to an atmosphere that is conducive to conducting business, without excess noise from other Exhibitors. Any audio equipment (i.e., sound system, audio from a video wall, microphones), whether in the booth or as part of a display, may not exceed a sound level of eighty-five (85) decibels. will be sensitive and responsive to complaints registered by spectators, neighboring Exhibitors, or other personnel, and will have appointees to respond to all complaints.
