Christine Elise, an actor known for her roles in Child’s Play, Chucky, and Beverly Hills 90210. She is also known for her role as Emily Valentine on Beverly Hills, 90210. She has also appeared in recurring roles on China Beach, In the Heat of the Night, and Tell Me You Love Me.

BILL MORRISON BRINGS THE SIMPSONS AND MORE TO TUCSON COMIC-CON
TUCSON, AZ (June 6, 2025) – Tucson Comic-Con is thrilled to announce that the man behind iconic illustrations from The Simpsons and Futurama will be attending our 16th annual celebration! Meet artist Bill Morrison!
Bill Morrison is an artist, writer, and creative director! His diverse portfolio includes major works such as The Simpsons and Futurama. Morrison’s career started as an illustrator, painting dozens of movie posters, including many for Walt Disney Pictures, such as The Little Mermaid, Bambi, Peter Pan, Cinderella, and The Jungle Book. He is best known for his work with The Simpsons and Futurama at Matt Groening’s Bongo Comics. His illustrations also span merchandise, video games, posters, books, calendars, limited edition prints, and more. Morrison also helped develop Groening’s Netflix series, Disenchantment. He has also created his own original comic under Bongo Comics, Roswell, Little Green Man. More recently, Morrison created a graphic novel adaptation of The Beatles Yellow Submarine and relaunched MAD Magazine as its fifth Executive Editor.

ERIK ESTRADA AND TONY FLEECS JOIN TUCSON COMIC-CON
TUCSON, AZ (May 23, 2025) – Tucson Comic-Con is elated to welcome actor and icon Erik Estrada and award-winning comic book creator Tony Fleecs to this year’s show! Secure your ticket to get the opportunity to meet these amazing talents!
Erik Estrada is an actor known for his iconic roles in CHiPs and Sealab. Erik Estrada will always be known for his dynamic portrayal of Officer Francis ‘Frank’ Poncherello, affectionately known as “Ponch” in the hit ‘CHiPs’. Additionally, Erik had a voice-over role in Cartoon Network’s Sealab (2021) as Marco Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Disney’s Mine and Miquel, Dora the Explorer, and Space Ghost. Erik is also “Johnny” from the #1 International series for Televisa entitled “Dos Mujeres, Un Camino”. The series premiered at #1 and remained at the top of the ratings in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America.
Tony Fleecs is a critically acclaimed comic book creator and TV writer. He is known for his work on Stray Dogs, Feral, and My Little Pony. Tony has worked for every major U.S. comic publisher on some of your favorite comic book titles like Star Wars, Rick & Morty, Avengers, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Batman, TMNT, Transformers, and just a literal TON of My Little Pony. He also wrote on the wildly popular Netflix show “My Little Pony: Make Your Mark.”

Dave Barclay is a Puppeteer known for his work on Yoda in “The Empire Strikes Back”, Jabba the Hutt “Return of the Jedi”, “Labyrinth“, “The Dark Crystal“, and “Little Shop of Horrors“. He has worked on dozens of films including “Muppet Christmas Carol“, “Lost in Space“, “The Flintstones: Viva Rock Vegas“, “Snow Dogs“, “Stuart Little 2“, “Team America“, “Looney Tunes Back in Action“, “Cats and Dogs 2“, “The Muppets“, “Muppets Most Wanted” and “Where The Wild Things Are”.

Amber Lee Conners is a professional voice actress for anime and video games. ALL FOUR ORIGINAL TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES ACTORS AT TUCSON COMIC-CON
TUCSON, AZ (May 9, 2025) – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle actors join co-creator Kevin Eastman at Tucson Comic Con! David Forman (Leonardo), Leif Tilden (Donatello), Michelan Sisti (Michelangelo), and Josh Pais (Raphael) bring Turtle Power to Tucson!
David Forman is a stunt performer, stunt coordinator, and actor known for his role as Leonardo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and his ongoing list of stunt work. His credits range from James Bond films to Star Wars. Recent works include A Quiet Place: Day One, Andor, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and F9: The Fast Saga.
Leif Tilden has worked on several projects with the Jim Henson Company, such as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 & 2 as Donatello, and the TV series Dinosaurs as Robbie Sinclair. His other character credits include Ace Ventura 2, George of the Jungle, Born to be Wild, and Buddy – playing a Gorilla in all four. Leif has also directed a feature film entitled Life at These Speeds.
Michelan Sisti (Micha) has a long and varied career as a musician, actor, director and puppeteer. From Broadway to Hollywood, his favorite performances include: Michelangelo, in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I & II, Charlene Sinclair, in the television series Dinosaurs, all of his work with the Muppets, and Tol, in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode, “Bloodlines”.
Josh Pais got his first lead role playing Raphael in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Josh has acted in over a hundred movies and TV shows. He is known for his many recurring TV roles including Ray Donovan, Maniac, Younger, Law and Order, High Maintenance, The Good Wife, Damages, Star Trek Deep: Space Nine, and The Sopranos. He is currently on HBO’s new series, Mrs Fletcher with Kathryn Hahn.

LEGENDARY COMIC BOOK CREATORS CHRIS BACHALO AND ERIC POWELL JOINS TUCSON COMIC CON
TUCSON, AZ (May 2, 2025) – Tucson Comic-Con welcomes industry-leading guests Chris Bachalo and Eric Powell to the lineup!
Chris Bachalo is an internationally recognized Comic Artist! Bacholo is known for his work on X-Men, The Amazing Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Uncanny X-Men, Generation X, and Batman. His cover work for the title Hunter, The Age of Magic for DC, was included as part of a New York gallery show for the Society of Illustrators. He is currently working on covers for indie publishers such as Bad Idea and Boom as well as projects for DC comics and Wizards of the Coast.
Eric Powell is an Award-winning Comic Book Creator known for his work on The Goon, Godzilla, and Did You Hear What Eddie Gein Done? Powell is an Eisner, Ringo, National Cartoonist Society, International Horror Guild, and Inkpot award-winning cartoonist. While he has worked for every prominent American comics publisher on titles such as Superman: Bizarro World, Big Trouble in Little China, Marvel Monsters, and Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters, the majority of his career has been focused on creator-owned comics.

SGT. SLAUGHTER JOINS THE TUCSON COMIC CON LINEUP
TUCSON, AZ (April 18, 2025) – Tucson Comic-Con announces the next big addition to the guest lineup—wrestling legend Sgt. Slaughter is coming to Tucson!
Sgt. Slaughter is a professional wrestler known both for his work in the ring and his likeness as a G.I. Joe character. He is a former WWE World Heavyweight champion and headlined WrestleMania VII. From the late 1970s to the early 1980s, Slaughter had success in the National Wrestling Alliance, American Wrestling Association, and the World Wrestling Federation. He has also held the NWA United States Heavyweight Championship twice. In 2004, Sgt Slaughter was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. In the 1980s, Sgt. Slaughter’s character was incorporated into the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toy line as well as its animated series and comic books. Sgt. Slaughter first appeared in the five-part TV episode entitled “Arise, Serpentor, Arise!” and is one of only a few real people to be produced as a G.I. Joe figure, and appeared in G.I. Joe: The Movie.

TUCSON, AZ (April 18, 2025) – Tucson Comic-Con is thrilled to announce that four more comic book industry icons have been added to the guest lineup. Tim Seeley, Ron Marz, James O’Barr, and Chiara Bautista are joining us in celebrating the convention’s Sweet Sixteen!
TIM SEELEY is one of those “slash” people…a writer-slash-artist. He has drawn a number of different comic book series, including G.I JOE, HALLOWEEN, WILDCATS, and ANT-MAN & WASP. His writing work includes NIGHTWING, MONEY SHOT, SUPERMAN vs. LOBO, the critically acclaimed REVIVAL, and the NY TIMES bestselling HACK/SLASH.
Ron Marz has carved out a long and acclaimed career in the comics industry, starting with a lengthy run on Silver Surfer for Marvel. His long list of credits include Thor for Marvel, Green Lantern and Superboy for DC, Star Wars for Dark Horse, and the historic Marvel vs. DC crossover, among many others. Marz has also written for video games, including multiple Skylanders titles, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Spider-Man 2, and is currently part of the Diablo narrative team at Blizzard.
James O’Barr is the award-winning creator of The Crow and writer of the two hit series Curare and Skinning the Wolves from IDW Publishing. James has worked for every major publisher. His most recent book is James O’Barr: Uncoffined, a new sketchbook from Eva Ink Publishing.
Chiara Bautista is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer based in the southwest. Her work is recognizable for her characters and narrative. Chiara pulls inspiration from many things in the world, from religious iconography and Lucha Libre masks (a nod to her Mexican heritage) to music.

His creative work has inspired many fans and fellow creators over the past several decades.
