Today, we’d like to welcome veteran comic creator Billy Tucci (Shi) and cosplay superstar Cara Nicole to Tucson Comic-Con 2019!
BILLY TUCCI is an award-winning cartoonist best known for his modern-day samurai fable, Shi. Through Billy’s Crusade Fine Arts, the multi-Eisner Award-nominated Shi has been printed in five languages and has sold more than 3 million comic books. He has also worked on a litany of projects for DC Comics’ including Sgt. Rock, Harley Quinn, Flash vs. Superman and Batman.
CARA NICOLE aka AZ Powergirl is a stellar cosplay sensation online and on the convention circuit. Cara has brought her unique brand of sassy cosplay stylings to the world with her successful book crowdfunding campaigns, calendars and convention appearances. She also enjoys celebrity as the model for Magic The Gathering, has earned great notoriety for her political contributions, and for her support of up and coming cosplayers in her informative panels on cosplay as a career.
